SHIPPING POLICY

All of our orders are shipped and delivered between 10 am-7 pm everyday except for Fridays.
Orders placed after 7 pm will be delivered the next day starting from 10 am-7 pm.
Delivery prices are shown during checkout for each area.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before being prepared for shipping by either sending an email to info@beautyprofline.com or by calling +974 3363 6925

 

Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the unsealed package of the product. If an item is opened, it is non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item was delivered and needs to be returned/refunded, a delivery/pick-up fee will be applicable or the item can be dropped at Marina Twin Towers B, 26TH Floor, Lusail, for a refund.

Gift cards or any online cards are non-refundable.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
