Available in two original shades:  04 ICY (cold brown) and 05 SPICY (warm brown), this tint is the first in the world with a neutral pH level, ensuring it’s safe for all hair and skin types and preventing damage and dryness.
How to use: In a non-metallic bowl, mix the Deep Brow Tint with a 3% oxidizing emulsion at a 1:1 ratio using the measuring spoon included in the package.
